Help machine works well during the day. during power-up from sleep mode i get these errors e0001/0001/0002. After i clear the error the machine seems to work well. have already replaced all thermistors but not the thermal switch. it only seems to do it from sleep mode.

The E001 is caused by the a failure of the fixing heater to reach over 100 degrees C within a specific time reference. When the error code of E001 is reset and the imageRUNNER 5055/5065/5075 is immediatly turn on again, the fuser is pre heated and meets the 100 degree C specified time frame. Replacement of the Upper Fixing Roller or Fixing assembly is required to resolve this error.
I would upgrade the firmware also if it hasnt been already. -
As a side note...
Under additional functions, the machine has two states of fuser temp under energy saving settings low and high. I always choose high when I set up my new copiers. 2nd or 3rd page in I believe."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

Someone turned off process control. Make sure it is turned on. There is a bulletin on this. Change the wires and turn on process control! Very common.Comment
