Canon GP 215

My GP 215 recently has started troubling. On turning on the power, all I see is the Green Power LED glowing continuously. The touch panel display does not turn on. I do not hear any other moving parts inside when I turn on the machine. On opening the back panel, I see two fans which rotate on some ocassions while on some other ocassions, they do not move at all. I remember, before this problem happened, I did clean the copy glass panel from inside and the mirror too. But I am not able to make out as to what connection might have gone loose or bad that the machine is not turning on at all except for the power LED glowing.

IP Board

I have found that the problem is with IP board. Could anybody please let me know how to reset the IP board?
