How to display SeNd tab on the lcd display IR3570

    Hi ,
My iR 3570 displays the copy, mailbox and the scan tabs on the screen. but previously i change in service mode there are function SEND at screen.

i just try this (*2+8* and *2 - copier - options - LCNS-TR - ST-SEND) in ST-send i input 0 but before is 1.. after i shutdown a machine oh my god one of the function is gone, i try to input 1 again in ST-SEND but theres no change happen.

How to get the send tab on the control panel again ??
    please help me...
    thanks advance

You must call canon and they would have to issue you another license. Why would you do that in service mode? What was the reason?

ouh... i hate if i must call canon supply there's no response positive in canon dealer at my country.

any idea what i can do to solve the problem without canon dealer?
i work in canon-ricoh rekondisi dept.

my Reason : i have 2 machine canon ir 3570, wich one machine can SEND and another is no, but both have a same BOOT-Rom. so i think i can transfer the SEND function to another machine

      Thanks to your attention

Well, it is important to remember Not to disable Universal Send in service mode.( LEVEL 2 ) COPIER>OPTION>LCNS-TR>ST-SEND.
You must generate a ticket. The ticket will then be forwarded to Engineering for Investigation. Its gone buddy.

What process you've done when you try transferring the SEND function to another machine? I know that you can swap the send option to another machine. But I don't think if you can copy it or make duplicate for it unless maybe you have a chip duplicator.

The SEND option is stored in SERIAL pcb. But if you want to transfer it to another machine you must remove the SERIAL pcb, COUNTER pcb and RESOLUTION SWITCH BOARD if there is any.

But if somebody give us an idea how to copy the SEND function without removing the pcb's much better.
