IR 3300 printing problem

Hai brothers,

One of my ir 3300 is not printing datas all time. Some times it receiving data and print out will generate ,other wise processig data and no output, no error. also its print out put some times inorder/ half part printing etc......... I had checked with PCL5e,PCL6 but no result. copy mode OK.


Please help me with your valuable ideas................

Is a N Boot rom installed? Do you have networked firmware installed on the copier?

Confirmed that you are having the N Bootrom & N system. If still cannot print, try delete the printer driver and install it again. This might help

Do you have the N version of firmware installed. When you press Counter Check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)?

Very very thank you for your response..... unfortunately another 3300 shows same problem.

yes it is iR 3300(iR2200N). Boot ROM version is 26.44N ........

Check port settings if printing from a network:
Protocol: LPR
Queue name: print
LPR Byte count: Enabled
SNMP status: disabled

Also check on the copier if "dedicated port" is turned on

Parallel port enabled.

Actually our three machines shows the same complaint, two of them are parallel connected , some times get print outs / test page from these machines, other is net worked from single system throuhg cross crimped cable ,and success ping command. No one print this machine, when print command is applied it shows processing data but no out put. Its network scanner working proper.
