Z650 need help...

Hi, We have a Canon ColorPass Z650 with a bad HD or system software. we try to reinstall from the copy cds of system software but give us error
Windows NT could not start because the below file is missing or corrupt:
C:\Winnt\System32\Ntoskrnl.exe
I am looking for the Firey system Software for it or any advise. Please help.. Thanks in advance..

have you got a nt disk?

is it patched?

Thank you for the reply,I dont have NT disk,
I tried the patches still same.


"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:

<winnt root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.

Please re-install a copy of the above file."
