    ir4570 document feeder problem

When copying letter size everything is great. When trying to copy letterR or legal size it keeps telling me to put in 11x17 paper. Have cleaned the document feeder, replaced sensors, volume holder, connecting PCB, no difference.

    Anyone had this problem before?

    Thanks

cant think off the top of my head if this model has it, but if u go into service mode, then go to feeder.. i know some models u can put the paper in the adf and then in one of the tabs u can set the size of the paper.. (sorry for the dodgy description, but maybe have a look)

          thats right
*2+8* - Feeder - Function - TRYA4 (slide the feeder maximum) - TRYA5R (slide the feeder minimum) - TRYLTR/TRYLTRR.. dont forget to slide your RDF feeder
