Canon IR6800U

When I am printing to the IR6800U some of the letters are missing consistently, and its always all of the same letters. Is this a driver issue? Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on. The computer can print out perfectly to another printer, so I don't think it's a computer issue. Any help, or suggestions would be welcome.

What kind of other printer were you printing too?
What kind of printer kit is on the machine.
What kind of file, PDF,ETC.
