    Canon IR6800U

When I am printing to the IR6800U some of the letters are missing consistently, and its always all of the same letters. Is this a driver issue? Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on. The computer can print out perfectly to another printer, so I don't think it's a computer issue. Any help, or suggestions would be welcome.

Could be a driver issue, could be a file issue, could be a application issue.
What kind of file format is the file? What kind of driver? What kind of print option do you have on the machine?

      Missing Character

Your problem is probably that you are using PCL driver.

1 use UFR II driver instead its mutch faster and better than the pcl..

2 If you still wants to use PCL go to properties quality advanced and check the download the font as truetype.
or change the standard to general or cad...

      Good luck
