canon ir6000 error code E733-001

We have canon IR6000 machine and few days back progressive bar moving upto 30% and hanged. after that rebooted the harddisk and worked for one day and got error code E733-0001 and again same problem, when on the machine progressive bar moving upto 30% after that not moving. Please give Suggestions.

Cable to the MFC from IP board has gotten dislodged or not inserted properly

a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one
