Marging problem in IR8070

While Taking Copies in A4-R the upper margin goes near to the edge of the paper in the second side of the double side copying. I have attach photo to show that. what makes this problem? Its problem with the Scanning unit or with the Feeding unit? Pls help me.

Margin setting

From glass or ADF/ RDF.
It seems that you are using the glass and book mode.
If its from ADF / RDF the setting is made in the doc feed menu.
Usually you have a sensor that will align the 2 side correct.
If the sensor is ok then its an adjustment in servicemode.
This parameter should solve the problem.
Adjustment: COPIER> ADJUST> FEED-ADJ> ADJ-REFER

If it dont solve the problem you might have an mechanical problem in the duplex area...

this problem is just the same problem of mine. i used iR5000 machine, when i copying from the glass using double-sided the upper margin goes near to the edge of a paper.

Any suggestions please.

Adjustment: COPIER> ADJUST> FEED-ADJ> ADJ-REFER

I just lower the value the problem is solved.
