What do you guys recomend ? Irc3220 or irc2620 ??

What do you guys recomend ?? My service guys want to trade me the Irc3220 for a 2620 ? Is this a good trade ? difference in quality ?? should they just keep fixing the 3220 till it works correctly or should I change for the 2620 ?

Same machine just difference in speed. Instead of 32ppm its going to be 26ppm.

It depends

How hurry you are.
Take the one with the lowest counter or the one with newest spareparts like drums etc.

Not in a hurry... this guys cant make my irc3220 work like when they brought it here...

It skews the prints, now I am having yellow where white should be on prints.. Like if I add an image in word the image becomes yellow...

they had everything working properly but the skew, and yesterday they fu**d everything up again......they spent all day here and couldnt even make it work like before..

I just want to get a working copier....

Souds like you need a new service dept, not a new copier maybe if they try resetting the lazers or replace the image control pwba that might fix your image registration as far as the skew the baffle under the fuser gets warped and drags on the paper

I agree with Screwtape same machine different speed. Double sided 5% skew cant fixit.
