The separation motor is on the backside of the feeder. If you are behind the machine take off the feeder back cover. The motor is to the left of the PCB. It is a small barrel shaped motor.
The part number is FH6-1637-040.
Make sure the separation solenoid is working properly and the small spring attached to it is in good shape.
If it is slowing down and cleaning and oiling seemed to help a little maybe you should spend more time cleaning and oiling. The system may be binding up on you. Make sure the photo-interrupter on the motor is clean. Remove all the covers and blow out the dust, make sure all screws are secure and lightly oil bushings. Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.Comment
