I have a C3220 with a C2 ImagePass and a saddle stitch finisher. When attempting to print booklets (5.5 x 8.5 pages on letter R) and use a cover from a different source, I end up with the cover paper as the middle sheet of the booklet. [This is printing from MS Publisher on WinXP.]
The booklet works fine when all pages are from the same source.
I have also had trouble printing multiple copies from MS Word...if possible, it puts all pages (from the multiple coies) in a single booklet, otherwise it throws all pages out to the tray (un-stapled).
Is this a C2 software problem, a Windows driver problem, or operator error?
The work-around is to print to a PDF as 5.5 x 8.5 pages, then print the PDF to the copier using appropriate paper source and finishing settings. It would sure be nice to avoid the two-step and print directly (and corrctly).
Thanks!
Jim
