canon IR 200 code E031

After finsihing the copy by stack bypass i am getting code E031.I am getting this code after reparing the IP board. i seen by replacing the DC board the problem remain the same E031.Help Needed indeed. thanks

The Options Copy Counters CNT2 or CNT3 may not be operating correctly.

well additional counter have been remove from machine.so wt to check ir now

This error is basically of counter open circuit

so please check the jumper of counter

If u have removed addition counter then

join it with help of jumper so the error may be corrected

Well the machine needs the counter. The error code pertains to those components,with out them you will just continue to get the E code.

I have check the counter it working fine ,i think the problem is the supply after having the copy their is not properly supply going to dc board.
