Canon IR c3200 Fiery Problem

My canon 3200 prints fine through the fiery but the problem im having is if I want to print 10 copies from the computer it only prints 1 and the only way I can print 10 copies I have to physically go to the copier and go into system settings and set the pages to 10 and leave the computer settings at 1, What do you set to make the fiery have control over how many copies you send from the computer.

why don't you use command workstation 5? Fiery Command WorkStation 5
then you rip once and duplicate(as many as you want) in the hold queque?
