HELP - Not a Canon Man!

I'v got a customer with a Canon CLC 2400 that has two problems I need help with. Number one is it keeps asking for fuser oil but it is full - I think this may be a counter reset issue. And number two it keeps trowing a E061-0322 code when the LCT is connected. I beleve its a faulty drive or board in the LCT but just would like to know what the specifics on the code are. Any help would be great! Like I said I am Not a Canon Man, I'v done KM and Ricoh/Savin for the past ten years. So any help with canon issues would be wonderful.

    Thanks.

Replace the oil filters for the oil message. Check cyan for the E61-0322, drum, exposure lamps. The 0322 refers to cyan.

      Hi Screwtape,,
I am not trained on the 2400,, that said,, does the oil tank have an optical sensor in it like the 1180 does? Those could signal a false add oil problem?
