    Canon CLC900 E020

Another issue with me CLC. Slowly getting there. With thanks of people on this forum we sorted out the AC Switch issues. Greatly appreciated.

Now we have an issue with colour printing. B/W is fine but when it gets to the stage off applying the yellow toner it bombs out with an E020-02C0.

According to the SM it states During a copying sequence, the average of the values of SGNL-M, SGNL-C, SGNL-Y is 1013 or more.

Have pulled out the yellow developing assembly and every seems ok.

    Any ideas, Help?

Did you restart the developer for yellow?
And how old is the drum?

I'm with Screwtape on this one,, restart your developer, and since you are trying to eliminate problems here, do yourself a favor and restart all 4 of them, or they will likely bomb out one at a time as it goes forward in time. Make sure your sensors are clean, keep your vacuum away from them, or the static charge wil zap them. Also pay attention to the clutch packs in the rear that lift the developers up to the operating position.
