      Make sure your sensors around the turret are clean,, the 020 refers to developer issues, the 03 is refering to Cyan, and the density appears to be too high. You may have to clean out and restart the cyan developer...

          Yea , you might want to pull out the cyan developer and check it out.
          Visually inspect the developing cylinder surface of the affected color. This also can be a low density error. If your able to print a PG10 check cyan it might look light. Make sure den-SGNL values are within spec. Check the door for the correct values.
