Hi,just wondering if any one has had a prob loading colour scangear on a vista ultimate pc.i had two mcs that it would start to load ok but in the end give an error which i did not write down.I tried 2.1 2.2 and 2.43 and all the same error.

Is your vista OS 64 bit? -
please ensure that windows vista 32 bit computing in use. most of the software in the market only support 32 bit not 64 bit.Comment

hi,the error i was getting from pc was a 1327 error cannot find file.with vista it wants to load software from a certain place on system.i tried to load from usb and shared server which was failing,the pc was saying no software so you just have to copy to area it tells you and it should load from there.
