Can you give a more detailed description on how to function failed?
any error? what troubleshooting have you done? have you tried testing
the send to file function directly to your laptop using a cross-cable or are you testing directly on your customers network. network environment can have a great impact on whether this function would work or not.

HI. I have it listed as needing a color universal send kit A2P. Also all of the irc3200 series need a resolution switching board added (separate kit). I cant find anything about a send extension kit B1. But I do hate Canon terminology.

In the service guide there is no mention of a B1 send extension kit.

if you have the send tab all is well(with the machine) - you cant have a partial install of isend/usend - what were the specific issues?
