IR3300 mail box

Hi I setup my mail box and can,t staple from mail box dose mail box support staple or am I doing somthing wrong?

It works for me (just tried it). I printed to store, went to the mailbox, selected file, selected change print options, selected finish - staple, print.

I don't even get the option to select staple from change print options
looks like I'm going to have to figer out what up
