have a clc4040 approx 3 months old..wont boot...gets half way then hangs...no problem with fiery...have updated system software...any ideas please
Have you updated the fiery system software, or copier system software? It sounds like the system software on the copier, or a hard drive type issue. Have you tried a different hard drive for a diagnostic?
"Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
i have re-seated all the boards on the main controller and tested another boot rom still no joy. the power is at the main controller, if it was a hard drive i would expect an error.
