Sorry so late... I am new here, and back tracking a bit... I believe what you are looking for is FC2-1532-000, Qty. 2, which is called a 'Woodruff' Roller. I have not heard of many techs replacing these. Not even sure what the expected life of them is. Good luck. Let me know how you make out and what they helped with.The glass maybe half full, but less is more...

Thanks for the info. It's for a new customer who picked up the copier "For a SONG" then found out the company that sold it to him doesn't fix analog Canons. The adf will run 2 or 3 originals in a stack then jam. The belts are shot and the feed and pickup rollers are cracked. Haven't heard back from the customer, so I may have dodged a bullet.
