ir 9070 with an error of E320

Just want to ask more about this code?

As any one seen this ???

This machine pop a E202 code weeks ago. I found the issue an fix it.
OK.
Last week that code happen again( e202 ) but a sec. code of E320 was with it.
I fix the problem again!

I looked the 320 code up in the manual.

I believe it was a short, but the code has not come back.
