Hi, I have a 6570 with this problem... Sheets wrinkled, creased. I replaced the fuser roll, bearings and pressure roll. Any idea???

Did you replace the bushings too?
I'd take it out again check where the top half hooks onto the bottom half. I think those 5570 fusers go in harder than the 5000's ever did.
Also, the frame that holds in the upper roller bearings is weak and can get bent. In my experience wrinkles are almost alwasy fuse related.

Definitly check bushings, also check registration clutch. If the clutch is going bad, paper will not be fed right as it enters the fixing ass'y.

If the fixing unit is not the problem the the paper is skewed going into the fixing unit or could be damp paper!

          Hi guys

Try feeding A4R or LTRR . If it doesnt crease the paper check your fixing inletguide. You can adust the front and the back.
