I have not encountered that situation in the 3300 family. My suggestion would be to go ahead and do a software load to it in the "ALL" mode, not "ALL_HDF". Be sure to load the bootrom software during this updating.

and how can ido this download
ist from website or laptop

It should be in your service support tool, on your laptop. Look at your error codes in Copier>Display>Err Codes. Look at the dates that trouble started to occur. If the dates are reading 01/01 then your hard drive is starting to go out. Reload your firmware as suggested. It should give you time to locate another HDD.

Replaced your HDD.
I have encounter this problem before and replacing and loading firmware resolved the problem.
