On what page in the manual is this reference made to the adjusting screw?

Are we talking about the copier or the document feeder?

We are printing to the 3220 .PG 2-8T of the service manual, the front and back are good comming out of the trays, but duplexing there off.

Loosen the adjusting screw [1] to make adjustments. (A single graduation in the index
will cause a change of approximately 1 mm.)

The duplex is adjusted in service mode under adjust-feed adj-adjust refe page 5-62..Make sure your tray is setup first

If I cannot adjust through the service mode under adjust-feed adj-adjust refe, that's the time I use manual adjustment by moving the screws like the four cassettes.
