Canon and IRC 3200 questions

I own a small copier company in Orlando and have just started to help a friends company service an irc 3200. Does anyone know where can I get Canon sevice codes from.

Acutally my tech is looking for "tech rep" kind of codes. We know them for KM and Minolta but we're new to the Canon world
