Run a FULL Autogradation...followed by calibrating the C1 rip....and if your next question(and I know it will be)is "How do I do that?" then it's clearly time to call a technician.

      Definitely do the calibration 1st.
When you installed the print driver did you "recycle" the old one? By that I mean going to the old printer properties and just clicking new driver? I've seen that exact same problem when an account reused their old Ricoh printer object to save time recreating the port and adding it to every workstation. Blue's came out purple, reds came out orange, green came out brownish.
Had to delete the old printer and port. Then did the "add printer" wizard to fix.

There many reasons why color might not match, firmware update on the machine and C1. Patches for the C1 as well. Drum life, and its not to rare for a PC monitor to be off graphically and yes calibration helps as Oze mention. Users should be able to calibrate there own machine and fiery.
