just delivered a 3220 and will not do multiple prints, installed a res board A2 and still no multiple prints. Any ideas. Thanks alot

Reseat the memory. It's supposed to have 256MB. Any error codes or does it just lock up?

Won't do multiple prints meaning PRINTS from a computer????
The resolution board is a component that's usually installed with universal send; I'm a bit confuse???

i have had this - it turned out the previous engineer had installed the 'rip' driver instead of the correct 32xx also had on 2380/3580 when someone had installed (again!) the j1 driver - it would allow the print job job but only once if you asked for 2,3,etc it would only print one set...

Sorry guys should have put more info. Yes the problem is from printing from work station. You have to go to printer settings at copier and select how many prints you want in order to do the job, bummer is if you dont set it back to 1 next job sent is printing just as many as previous job. Hope this is helpfull. Thanks again

What controller do you have, the Canon embedded or the Fiery?

We Replaced the copier, when we brought the other unit back to the offfice we were able to do multiple prints. Works in our office but not the customers, the replacement machine works great. Thanks for all the suggestions
