IR3300 Error E000733-0001

I'm a user, not a tech, so need help. Turned on IR3300, made a couple copies. Five minutes later, just idling, machine recycled and returned error messag E000733-0001. Re-set, still returns error message. Problem? How to clear? Thanks

E733 = fault in communication between main controller and the DC controller.

Unplug it from the wall for 10 seconds or so, plug it back in and turn on. If it's still there you will need to call a tech.
