just replace your cleaning web and after replacing just go to on svc mode and clear the error

And if you don't have a new cleaning web you can flip the used web over til the part arrives.

E-005 is code of web roller.kindly check the webroller
or go 2 service mode copier then counter & make all zero.

i havent seen machines that need a web counter clear after ir400, defanitely not the 6570.
