I am having trouble when feeding from trays 3&4 Trays 1&2 work fine, tires, sensors PS5 & PS47, Reg clutch & reg brake clutch have been replaced, all the sensor flags have been checked, I'm leaning toward a DC controller Any body seen this or have any ideas

I'm not sure about the 9070 but I think there is separate drive motor for just the lower 2 cassette's.
I had a ir5020 that had a very intermittent jamming issue from just trays 3&4 and the motor that drives that whole lower section was bad. It would start to feed, make this awful noise (the motor was seizing up) and show a jam. If I had not been there to hear the noise I'd still be stumped. The 9070 might be slightly different, but just an idea.
