    clc4040 with h1v2 rip

got a strange problem when running say a 5 page pdf (or ANY odd page doc)duplex print job when asking for more than 1 set the 1st page of the next set prints on what should be the blank last page of the 1st set? however when run as black & white you get your blank 'insert' - on colour does it regardless of driver ie ps or pcl ,the machine has the latest f/w & the rip is v2 -any thoughts?

How are you inserting the blank page? With Acrobat or the print driver?
I think the fix for that was to set the printer to "start printing after the last page is spooled" in printer properties>advanced. If it stared a duplex job before the last page got there it would do that. This goes back a while so it might just apply to older print drivers/OS.(98/me/2000)
Or if you are using the PCL driver the "Edit and preview" feature is very nice feature for combining or adding blank page.

Here are some not sure if you've seen these yet.

1-PE3O1 - blank gap in the images.
1-Q12OG - blank pages when printing booklet.
1-PWL9N - missing images, images in wrong location, H1 reboots.
