Canon IR-C3200 - e000747-8701

I have a canon IR-c3200 that is jamming and producing this code. Don't have service manual, so I need help to determine what is producing this error. I disassemble the unit to clean the drum unit & the transfer and after that is that the copier is jamming and producing this code. It seem that is getting jam at the entrance of the transfer roller unit. First time that I work on a color copier. As I open the front door the lower level, I'm suppose to lock it after I close the Fuser & bypass doors. HELP

Check the DDI-S Interface cable. That's the cable from scanner to printer body.
