I have problem with Ir 1605, copys and prints are too light (both halftone and solid black). devloping unit is in good condition, drum unit is new. Machine has 40k on counter and it has been cleaned trough.
How can I correct the image density.

Try replacing the transfer roller.

hi,if it is an old mc it could be a dirty laser.take the inner cover of copier off and if it looks very dirty clean the laser.
