This is my first post I am new to this site. I work for Kyocera Mita as a printer technican. The guys here broke a Canon printer we use for comparison. The printer a Color Laser Shot LBP 2050 has a call service message, it is 5F-54 Service Call 072 I am not familiar with Canon printers could someone help. My work load is backing up because I can not figure this out. Thanks in advance for all your help.
