Has anyone seen this, I have replaced the drum but still have this message. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It saying that not because it needs a new drum its because either the toner cartridge or the enitre drum section isnt seated in the machine correctly.make sure the toner is turned all the way and is actuating the switch , also check the guides that guide the entire unit into the machine, usually the back one breaks,hope this helps
