How many copies are on this machine? Did this start after a fuser rebuild? Check the slack in the thermistor wires, too much and they can touch the fuser, too little and they can pull thermistor away from the fuser.
Check the left drawer rail for loose screws, then check the connector's on the fuser and it's mate in the rear frame of the copier. Screwtape pointed out that there can be little bits of paper actually IN that connector.
I usually start cheap and work up to boards. Replace those connectors, try the lamps if they have a couple million, then I'd DC con lastly.

      Hi,

      As Previous suggested,

Closer inspection found flick of paper inside Unit 1 connector, on both sides of it (On Unit 1 and inside device)
      Remove All Bits Of Paper
Had this issue before with paper in connector fault was E0001-0001

Call up the temps on those thermistors in service mode. Copier>Display>Analog, you can watch this as the fuser goes thru warmup. Should be a big temp difference according to the 0004 subcode. Check to see if you have one of the thermistors pulled away from the fuser roller like D_L_P suggested
