IRC3220 stack bypass jam..

I am having a huge problem with the stackbypass right now, doesnt matter what paper I use on the bypass I get a jam code. But the rollers wont even pickup the paper.

How can I change the rubber roller ?

I cant seem to find a way to dissemble the stackbypass to pickup the rollers and change them..

any help is appreciated ..

I am not a technician but pretty good mechanically, so i guess this is just mechanical..

Did you wash the roller with Citrus oil?
The dead give away is if you wash up the roller and it starts feeding again then yes...replace it...but there'll be no hurry...washing up the roller usually buys u a couple of months.
