Error: 000120 Canon CLC 2400 Startup Problem

Hi: I have Canon CLC 2400 photo copier. When I turn it on, after start it will show Error: 000120, and will advise to restart the machine. After restart the same messages comes back. Please help
What is the possible cause, and how to fix it.

An E000 error code has to do with the fuser section. In order to proceed you need to release the code in service mode, power cycle the machine and see if the upper fixing lamp is coming on. If it is, I would then check your thermisters.

Just for clarification, would you please restate the error code, exactly as it is displayed on the screen. All zero's and hyphen please. We will be better able to answer your question then.
