7095 Image problem

I have a IR 7095 with about 2.5 mil on it that goes light intermitantly. Its not the paper lifting off the TS corona unit. The whole page will be very light. You can make several hundred copies that are fine and then it just goes light and then in the same run they go back to normal. Ive replace the laser and all the corona units. I am trying the DC contoller and hvts next. Any Ideas? Thanks

Have you check the DV unit?
Check that bias connector on it make sure its seated well.

Has the DV unit been rebuilt?

Davest,be sure to check the dv unit drive gears.They tend to give out as well.

does it do it out of all trays?

There was an issue with DC PWBS a while back getting noise from tray clucthes. If not be the laser again unfourtunately Also check for toner build up behind main charger Always use Canon toner too!
Does it do it with pot control on/ off?
