ir 3300 install problems SNMP disabled statut unknow

dear all,
I have troubles to install my canon IR3300 in the network, with net spot device installer the copieur it's allways write statut unknow SNMP disabled device
but the ip is ok, in net spot the IP it the right one.

do you know how to do

i have no documentation and no driver ( i get them from the website of canon).

if some one have the canon ir3300 can you tell me how to do ...

Did you just install a network card in the machine?

When you press the counter check button on the copier do you see IR3300(IR2200N)?
