Part Number needed on S1 finisher

Hey folks, today I had a S1 finisher on an ir3570 break a frame piece on that finisher. The piece holds a shaft, gear, and bearings which I believe drive the stack tray assembly up and down. The piece I need is found in Figure Q20 and has these item numbers associated with it: 5-Worm Shaft unit,6-Worm Gear, and 11-Ball Bearing. Indeed, the bearing mount on the piece I am looking for is what broke off of the unit. Anyone have a part number for that piece and also any idea what might have caused it to break at the bearing holder?
