I checked all fuses on fuse PCB. All ok. Where else to look?

Check, if there are 24 Volts present at fuse 21. if so, we can exclude Problems with the Power supply to the Toner Sensors.

Check Drum Live Counter, are the values ok?

After you reset the dc-con etc. , did you reenter the values from the "Birth Document" ? You will find it in the Front door after removing a cover, if i remember correctly.

Did you try a complete new Toner Cartridge yet?

                Sorry.
Also a faulty DC power supply can cause this.
Since you was checking fuses on the fuse pcb one of the DC power suppy
connects to that fuse pcb. Check your connectors.

                Good luck

I checked fu21 but no 24 volts threw it. Few other fuses don't show anything too but am giving a chase for the fu21 and dc power supply.

Anything particular to search on the dc power supply?

check connector J58 on Fuse PCB, if 24V are present, then there is an Interruption on the Fuse PCB, if not, follow the Way back to the DC Power Supply. First Check should be looking for bad Soldering Joints, especially at the Connectors and the Power Transistors.

And, BTW, check all Door Switches, this is a common Canon Problem since the good old CLC1
