IRC3200 Out of Registration

I have a IRC 3200 with this problem: Out of registration. I replaced the IBT unit ( I have 3 machines on the same local), I clear the MNCon, DCcon clear (Copier - Function - Clear), I clean the IBT unit, adjust the laser, and the problem persist.The curios, the outboard edge is ok, but the inbord edge, it's bad.

Is the sensor rack that looks down on ITB asm, on the right side of the copier in the proper position both at the front and the rear in it's proper pivots?

You may have to clear the machine several time in service mode and restat it could also be the cleaning unit for ITB

Replace the belt with a new one-don't swap. Clean all the drive rollers before putting on the new belt. Also replace the itb cleaning blade at the same time. Reboot-should be fine.

I got a lot better, but still the inboard and outboard edge are the same difference now. I replaced the IBT, cleaned inside the IBT assembly, checked the sensors and according the service manual, I charged the the value of the FX-SPD ( copier (second level)>option>body>FX-SPD ), configured for "1".
