    iRC3220 - scan to email

    I have this scan to email function and there are 10 users with 10 different emails. But a few weeks ago, one of them can't receive any scanned document. What could possibly be the problem here? Noting that the user can still send and receive emails as per normal...

    anyone willing to help me?

    If no else has a problem, check that users credentials
    that are set up in the machine. Delete that user and re-input the credentials in the address book settings.

      Make sure that the emails aren't going in to the Junk Email folder or something like that. Also see if that user has a different firewall or something running on their PC.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
