You need to check the density reading for the yellow dev..especially coz you've had a few call backs for that same code.
Is there a noise associated with the code?...like a gear crunching?
If so then the dev has overtoned and will need to be replaced.
If you check the density and find that the dev is under toned then you need to run SPLY in service mode for that particular dev...do it just once and then initialize the dev.
You're only supposed to initialize new devs but I find that these devs respond well if you initialize them after any work.
