    Canon irc3380 add cyan toner

    I have an irc3380 which always says add cyan toner,new toner moter,dc cont and drum have been changed I can add toner by hand so system does work

      Try upgrading firmware. The latest is 91.02. There has been alot of corrections done thru firmware.
