Error code e583-0001,e583-0002 & e532-0001,e532-0002

Hi all.... I'm quite new to this forum... Please do help me regarding the error....
E000583-0001,E000583-0002,E000532-0001,E000532-0002

I do think that it might have something to do with the finisher but I can't see what went wrong.....

Main cause The tray auxiliary plate motor (M6) is faulty. The tray
auxiliary plate extraction sensor (PI 11) is faulty.

Condition
0001 The tray auxiliary plate extract sensor does not go ON a specific
period of time after the tray auxiliary plate motor is driven.

0002 The tray auxiliary plate extract sensor does not go OFF a specific
period of time after the tray auxiliary plate motor is driven.

532's have to do with the stapler.
